Do I need an iPhone Duo?

Yes. Ring Box is made for iPhone Duo: opening the phone opens the box. On other iPhones it shows a short video of how it works, which you can share.

I can't hear the fanfare

Turn up the volume and check that the Ring/Silent switch or Action button isn't set to silent.

Is my inscription private?

Yes. Your ring design and inscription stay on your phone and are never uploaded. See The Ring Box Privacy Policy.
