Questions

Do I need an iPhone Duo?

No. Punfortunate runs on any iPhone. On iPhone Duo, hold the phone sideways and the hinge works the puppet's mouth. On other iPhones, pull his chin down for a joke and further for the punchline.

I can't hear the jokes

Turn up the volume and check that the Ring/Silent switch or Action button isn't set to silent. If you use Bluetooth headphones, make sure they're connected.

How do I restore my purchases?

Tap the bag icon to open the Shelf, then tap Restore Purchases. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Purchases also work on your other devices and, where Family Sharing is on, for your family.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and select the purchase.
